It is with great joy that today we tell the story of Bianca Navarro, a barrel racing beast who gave us a gift by joining the Farex Team.
The story of this fierce girl begins when she was three years old on her uncle's farm, where every weekend her favorite pastime was connecting with horses. At seven, she got her first horse, a gift from her father Jose Antônio Telles, but fate would show her the way when she was eleven, when she enrolled in a riding school in the city.
When she saw the barrel racing for the first time, her heart leapt out of her chest and she discovered the passion that would stay with her for the rest of her life. But this passion came at a price, since there was no such sport in her city. Always sure of what she wanted and determined to achieve her goals, she traveled twenty kilometers every day to and from riding at a stud farm in Ituverava.
A tough routine, but one that didn't diminish Bianca Navarro's focus or desire to be one of the best in the sport. She rode fifteen horses every day before starting her training.
At fifteen, she traded the party for a saddle, a more than natural choice for someone who loves sports. From then on, her career went hand in hand with achievements and victories, crowning all the effort of a life dedicated to horses and barrel racing.
The love for what she does is in every detail. Her number 10 Lurton Fly Leo FZ arrived when she was one year old along with her ten-month-old cousin Croga, carrying with her a dream of turning them into great champions. She tamed, trained, and prepared them, and today Fly, as he is affectionately called, is her inseparable companion and accumulator of victories. From 2021 to the present day, she has already accumulated more than 20 trophies, not to mention the absolute time record at the Lobo Guará track, which is unlikely to be broken.
The distances to compete are long, on average 400-500 kilometers per weekend, but this only increases the desire to compete and win, with the blessing of Our Lady of Aparecida, the road is an extra fuel to realize a dream lived in each competition.
The dream lived intensely is shared by the strong base of the family, always supported by her husband Gilberto Santana, her strength and inseparable companion at all times, and her father Jose Antônio Telles, her eternal supporter, who today is the one who takes care of the horses and looks after the ranch during the competitions.
It is an honor for us to be able to contribute to the success of this warrior. Thank you for your trust, Bianca Navarro, yours and Fly's, and welcome to the Farex Team.
